Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk and sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding products, services, and store hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
