Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required.
