- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software (we provide training).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations calmly.
