Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through our CRM system.
- Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
