Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process payroll transactions and resolve account discrepancies within SLA
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team to resolve complex payment issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Train new hires on company systems and compliance protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or financial services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
