Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in the Charlotte area.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Update delivery status and complete digital logs accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app-based delivery management.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
