Responsibilities
- Coordinate last-mile delivery routes using our proprietary logistics platform
- Optimize daily schedules for maximum efficiency while accommodating flexible start times
- Track and resolve delivery exceptions with real-time customer communication
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation via mobile app
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless handovers
- Identify process improvements and implement quick-win solutions
- Support weekend coverage on a voluntary basis (no mandatory weekends)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years experience in logistics, coordination, or customer service
- Proficiency with mobile technology and route-optimization apps
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work between 20-30 hours weekly (self-scheduled)
