Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the New Orleans and Ohio regions.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed, up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet departmental targets and KPIs.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and refer complex issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid roles) or valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
