Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight shipments across multiple transportation modes
- Optimize warehouse inventory management systems and tracking protocols
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports using WMS software
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak shipping seasons
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
- Implement cost-reduction strategies in transportation networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Jacksonville port operations preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
