Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with performance metrics and coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy controls
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Generate weekly performance reports and operational analytics
- Train staff on new equipment and procedural updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team-building experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing systems
