Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance and daily living support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications under RN supervision with precision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated patient plans
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergency situations
Qualifications
- State-certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Pass background check and drug screening
