Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Comply with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Florida CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
