Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans across multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of clinical coordination experience
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
- Current Georgia healthcare license
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends for on-call coverage
