Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene routines
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Support patient education on health management protocols
Qualifications
- Current Nevada CNA certification or equivalent medical support credential
- Minimum 1 year experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
