Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately according to customer orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report any variances.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for all internal roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
