Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to/from the shipping dock.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending repetitively.
- Basic computer skills for time clocking and logging tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
