- Assist in packing, labeling, and shipping orders accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
