Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to ensure production targets are met.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Document production data and report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City, OH facility.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and follow strict safety guidelines.
