Responsibilities
- Lead overnight warehouse operations team of 8-12 associates
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during night shift
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor new night shift employees
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Conduct shift handovers and daily production reports
- Manage equipment maintenance and supply inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shift (5 nights/week)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
