Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders for next-day delivery
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Ensure OSHA compliance in all daily tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and math skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
