- Document interactions in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with billing team to resolve escalated payment issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating through active listening
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work 3-5 shifts including weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
