Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Perform ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during care
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and supply inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA or PCT certification preferred (training available)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
