Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist users in navigating our software platform and troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Update client accounts and maintain accurate records within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor support ticket queues to ensure all inquiries are resolved within SLA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and think critically under pressure.
