Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues for our San Diego-based clientele.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account history in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help drive process improvements.
- Provide product training and support to new and existing team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality (2+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must reside within the San Diego, CA area.
