Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer general questions about store policies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors when stock needs to be reordered.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school student or recent graduate preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 25 lbs).
