Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and maintain organized inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery fulfillment
- Perform quality control inspections on products and packaging
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
