Responsibilities
- Process 50-75 packages hourly in fulfillment center
- Operate electric pallet jacks and scanning equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy with RF scanning systems
- Collaborate with 5-7 team members on daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience)
- Valid NY state driver's license (class D)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM shifts)
- Background check required
