Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S workplace organization
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive facility
- Flexibility for weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
