Responsibilities
- Efficiently package and ship products according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
- Participate in regular team meetings for process improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
