Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Organize inventory in warehouse management system (WMS)
- Pick and pack orders for same-day dispatch
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack)
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory audits
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic math and inventory software proficiency
- Valid Texas driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
