Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in monthly inventory audits with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license and forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
