Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and efficient material flow
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
