Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for retail partners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Tryon Rd location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
