Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily tasks.
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (outdoor dock work).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
