Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through efficient stacking, labeling, and cycle counting
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and damage prevention
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Street facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
