Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management software
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Maintain clean and compliant workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
