Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, types, and condition.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
