Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship technology components using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for sensitive electronics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
