Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- License: Forklift certification is a strong plus.
