Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quality inspections
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to the Northland facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
