Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and ensure accurate inventory counts during stock-in and stock-out.
- Package and label products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and shipments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
