Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
