Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution centers
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
