Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Utilize inventory management software for real-time stock tracking
- Participate in monthly safety drills and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training techniques
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
