Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Package and label products for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking using our warehouse management system
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks efficiently and safely
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility
