Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to North Sacramento location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
