Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete daily inventory checks and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift facility
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
