Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or assisted living
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care protocols
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Pass background check and drug screening
