Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist patients with daily living activities under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using electronic health records
- Coordinate with care teams to ensure continuity of patient care
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clean treatment environments
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with electronic health record systems
- Background check and drug screen clearance
