Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications under RN supervision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
